ELECTRICAL
Circuit troubleshooting, installing new light fixtures (ceiling/wall), replacing fixtures, replacing outlets/switches, re-wiring, installing appliances, re-locate switch, replace or move thermostat
DRYWALL
Patching holes/damage/scrapes, repairing drywall cut outs, ceiling and wall. Comes with priming, painting extra.
MOUNTING AND ASSEMBLY
TV, pictures, wall hangings, wall decorations, assembly of furniture (IKEA, beds, cabinets, etc), mounting shelves, hooks, etc
ROOF AND EAVES
Eavestrough clean out, small shingle repair, caulking for flashing (fix leaky roof)
PLUMBING
Replace faucet/taps, repair/replace/move copper pipe, install vanity, repair toilet, clear clogs
MAINTENANCE
Replace caulking, new caulking (interior and exterior), Furnace cleaning, AC cleaning, painting/drywall touchups, lightbulb replacement
GENERAL
Lightbulb replacement, ladder work, general labour and repair work (odd jobs), door and window screen replacement/repair

Replace doorknob, Replace locks and deadbolt, install new lock/deadbolt, repair/tighten handles/locks
